This hotel offers fantastic service, spotless and modern rooms, and cozy beds.

We enjoyed our stay in the recently renovated double room, which had a bathroom, a fridge, and twin beds.

central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from anne of cleves house. immaculately clean units with earplugs, a spacious bathroom, as example.

The team provided a good service. The breakfast had lots of options, including toast, fruit and eggs. The location was favourable and excellent, short walk to good restaurants, a bus stop, and MRT/Train Station.

The double room was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location near the MRT station was ideal.

Single rooms are located right next to the elevator, which can be heard clearly. Bathroom is completely flooded when showering. Air conditioning reacts to settings but does not implement them.

Prefer with parking lots.

Too few TV channels. There is nothing else to do in the hotel except breakfast. I was missing a bar or lounge in the evening. The shower was a little outdated.

The hotel reception was extremely helpful! the breakfast buffet was really nice. Myself (19) and my partner (19) are both from australia and stayed for 5 nights at Aqueen Hotel Lavender and we both loved it! the room was very nice and the window seat was great.

I stayed in a super clean double room with twin beds here and they provided a wake-up service.

The breakfast here was great with nice toast, fruit, and eggs. the location is fantastic and unbeatable, really close to the train station, making it super easy to get around. 🚆.

The hotel rate is reasonable enough considering buffet breakfast is already included in the cost and the daily complimentary bottled drinking water. Our room has a ref which I found very necessary.

I reserved a double room and a twin room for my two older children. It's good we were given two adjacent rooms However, I found the double room too small for two persons, no space to move around and to put our luggages. The bathroom has a moldy smell. The hotel housekeeping staff needs to improve on cleanliness. The hotel is located quite far from shopping areas. There are no activities around the vicinity. The nearest MRT Station is Lavender which is blocks away from the hotel and we had to take a bus to go to the station. The hotel is between two bus stops. Yes, it's true, the hotel is beside a funeral parlor.

Very functional rooms, well planned but a little small rooms, clean rooms, good breakfast, you can add cheese, it will be helpful especially for Vegans.

Rooms a little small, no news paper, allow late checkouts as flight timings vary.

The location is fantastic, as it's conveniently situated near a shopping center, cafes, bus stop, MRT.
